This site allows registered users to:

- access existing permits and projects

- apply for building permits

- upload new documents

- schedule inspections

Unregistered users may search basic permit and project information.

To register as a PUBLIC user, click Setup an Account, and complete the required fields. Login and click LINK TO PERMITS, PROJECTS OR LICENSES to access existing records, or select Apply to create new records.

To register as a CONTRACTOR, send your name, complete contact information, e-mail and state license number to building@cityofkeywest-fl.gov. 

Once your account is setup, click the Forgot Password link at the top of this page, and then the Contractor button. Enter the email address for the account to set your password and security question & answer.
