Online permitting is available for licensed contractors and registered public users.

CONTRACTORS :  For your initial eTRAKiT portal account login:

Click on the Forgot Password link at the top of the page. 

Select the Contractor button. 

Enter your email address that is registered with the City. 

Then click on the Reset Password button. 

An email will be sent with a link that will allow you to set a password and setup security questions for your account.

Please do not share your password with anyone that is not authorized to conduct business for your company.
